In December 2025, Nashwa Hamad Abdulqader hired me to clean her family home in Malahide. She paid correctly in January 2026, but from February onward the payments stopped completely.

I continued working in good faith from February until 5 May 2026, cleaning the house daily and carrying out all duties requested, trusting that the outstanding balance would be resolved.

However, February, March and April were never paid, and I also worked until 5 May without receiving payment.

The total amount currently owed for cleaning services is €5,885.00.

Despite months of honest work, they continue refusing to pay for the services provided. I worked hard, cleaned their home professionally every day, and fulfilled my responsibilities honestly.

About

She orders food delivery every day for a family of five and also has ongoing household responsibilities, including paying rent, the children’s school fees, and other regular expenses such as a gardener.

Despite these ongoing living costs, the payment for the cleaning services provided to her remains outstanding. The total unpaid amount is €5,885.00 for services carried out between February and May 2026.

During this period, I continued working in good faith and carrying out all cleaning duties as agreed on a daily basis. I was fully committed to maintaining their household, while my work remained unpaid.

At the same time, I was personally facing financial difficulty due to the lack of payment, which affected my ability to cover basic living and transportation costs.

The situation remains unresolved, and I am still awaiting payment for the services provided.

During my review of publicly available company records, I found information regarding Grehan Bros Imports Limited (Company No. 633996), registered at 45 St. Laurence Street, Drogheda, Co. Louth, Ireland.

According to these records, Stuart Grehan is listed as one of the directors of the company, alongside Thomas Grehan.

During my attempts to recover payment, I found publicly available information regarding Praetorian Wealth Holdings PLC (Company No. 14683043), registered at 6th Floor, 99 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NG, United Kingdom.

Stuart Grehan is listed as a former director of the company alongside Mark Walsh. Public records indicate the company has been involved in liquidation proceedings in the UK.

I became aware of this while continuing to seek payment of €5,885.00 for cleaning services carried out between February and May 2026.

About one month ago, Stuart Grehan began telling me that payment would be made soon and that he was waiting for money to arrive from Dubai. Since then, I have been asking for payment every day, and each time I am told the money will arrive “in two days,” but it never does.

To this day, no payment has been made.

I dedicated myself to working for them and depended on this income. Because I was not paid, I am now struggling financially and even risk losing the home where I live because I no longer have enough money to support myself.

While I worked honestly every day cleaning their home, I was left unpaid and now must urgently search for another job simply to survive.

This is the home I was responsible for cleaning and maintaining on a daily basis.

I carried out regular housekeeping duties, including cleaning, organising, and ensuring the general upkeep of the property as part of my agreed work.

Despite completing these tasks consistently between February and May 2026, the payment for my services remains

outstanding.

Please pay the money you owe me. I am not asking for a favour — I am simply requesting payment for work that has already been completed.

This is outstanding payment for services I have fully carried out, and I expect it to be settled as soon as possible.
